We carry the risk, not you.
The two most common worries about commissioning a website are «it will drag on forever» and «I will not like the result». We take both off your hands—with a rule that costs us money if we break it.

Präsenz in 7 working days—or it is free.
We put your Präsenz website live within 7 working days. If we miss that, you pay nothing. For Praxis (3 weeks) and Signatur (6 weeks), we credit you 20% of the fixed fee for every started week of delay, up to 50%.
The clock starts when your details and pictures are complete. It pauses while we wait for feedback or sign-off from you.
You do not have to claim anything. We check the deadline ourselves and deduct the credit from the final invoice.

30 days money back
Not satisfied? Full refund, no reasons required.
If you are not satisfied within 30 days of going live, we refund the full fixed fee. An e-mail or phone call is enough; we transfer within five working days.
A refund means we take the website offline, and rights to the texts, design and licensed images return to us. Your domain, Google profile, own texts and photographs stay with you.
Third-party costs such as domain, hosting and image licences are not refunded.
