Nexilon

For practices and firms in German-speaking Switzerland

Be found, trusted and chosen — by the Swiss customers already looking for you.

Three things do that. A website people and AI assistants can actually read, at a fixed price with a delivery date. The tools that show you where your presence stands today. And the commercial work behind it — knowing who to approach and what to say. All three are below, each with a number attached.

Nexilon Services GmbH, Frick AG. Working across Aargau, Basel, Zürich, Zug and Solothurn — and with firms entering Switzerland from abroad.

Seven Swiss practices and firms are working with Nexilon today — dentistry, physiotherapy, law and consulting. The founder answers the phone:+41 78 605 07 04.

Build · Measure · Grow

Three ways we work. One of them is free.

Most firms need one of these, not all three. The page for each carries the price, what is included and what is not — before you talk to anyone.

Websites

A website at a fixed price, live on a date we name.

Three fixed fees — CHF 690, CHF 2’990 and CHF 4’990, excluding VAT and hosting. The first tier goes live in seven working days or it is free. Thirty days money back. You own the website, the domain and the images.

Digital Presence

Six tools that measure what your presence is doing now.

Score your site in two minutes, free. Then, if the score is worth acting on: privacy gaps, the path visitors give up on, search findings, your Google profile, and how you read to AI assistants. Monthly, cancellable monthly.

Consulting

Four services that find you customers, not clicks.

Where your business actually stands. The next forty firms that fit you, by name. The tender you would otherwise have missed. And one to three conversations a month with people who can decide. Each stands alone. Each has a date guarantee.

What silently costs customers

Where the money goes

Three things quietly cost Swiss SMEs customers. None of them shows up in your accounts as a loss.

1

Customers cannot find you

Eight in ten people in Switzerland start at a search engine. Thirteen per cent already ask an AI assistant instead — and among 18- to 29-year-olds, twenty-six per cent do.

2

Your website loses the ones who arrive

A site that does not answer what it costs, who it is for and what happens next sends the visitor back to the results page.

3

Enquiries and appointments quietly leak

Missed enquiries and no-shows are the cheapest losses to fix and the least often measured.

How it works

How an engagement starts

Four steps, and you decide at every one.

1

Score your site, free

Two minutes, no account. You see where you stand before you speak to anyone — including when the answer is that nothing needs doing.

2

A 30-minute conversation

What is not working, in your words. We say which of the three routes fits, or that none does.

3

A number and a date

A fixed price and a calendar date, in writing, before anything starts. Not a range and not an hourly rate.

4

The work, then handover

You see every state before it is final. At the end, every file and every access detail is yours, and it works without us.

In writing

What you can hold us to

What you can hold us to

Six promises. The first two cost us money if we break them, and both are written into the engagement letter you sign.

1. On the date we name, or you pay nothing

A website goes live in seven working days, or it is free. On longer work we credit 20 per cent per week late, up to half.

2. Thirty days money back

Not satisfied? One e-mail, no reasons, no form. We transfer within five working days.

3. A fixed price before anything starts

In writing, and it does not move once we are inside the work.

4. Your data stays in Switzerland

Swiss hosting on request. Built to the revised Swiss Data Protection Act.

5. You own everything we make

Files, domain, images, documentation. No platform holding you.

6. No contract lock-in

Anything monthly is cancellable monthly, by one e-mail.

Who you are working with

Thirty-five years of delivery, applied to businesses your size

Nexilon was founded by Hussein Emam in Switzerland on one idea: Swiss SMEs deserve the same digital rigour that global corporations pay millions for. Today a team of more than ten specialists — website builders, social media specialists and AI-automation engineers, each with at least five years in their field — turns that idea into results. Every engagement is still led personally by Hussein, reachable by name rather than by ticket number.

“Results-driven and great human being are not mutually exclusive.”

Before Nexilon: transformation and delivery programmes across banking, aerospace, transportation and consumer goods. The receipts, not the adjectives:

0
person team led, with 15% account growth in a single year

0 mths
to turn a 135-person delivery from red-flagged to green

0 banks
migrated — 150 applications, 37 concurrent teams, no missed go-live

Every engagement is led personally by the founder. That is also why we take on a small number at a time.

Questions Swiss business owners ask us

What does it cost?
A website is CHF 690, CHF 2’990 or CHF 4’990 — fixed, excluding 8.1% VAT and hosting. The Digital Presence tools are monthly, with the tiers published on their own pages and a free trial audit that needs no card. Consulting is a fixed price named in writing before anything starts; we do not publish those figures yet because we are setting them from the engagements we are delivering now, and inventing a number would be worse than saying so.
A first-tier website is then free — you still receive it complete. On longer work we credit 20 per cent of the fee for every started week of delay, up to half. You never have to claim it: we check the date ourselves and apply the credit on the invoice.
You enter your website address and, in about two minutes, receive an objective score across performance, mobile experience, SEO, accessibility, UX, security and trust signals. There is no account to create, no card to enter and no sales call attached.
Small and medium-sized businesses in German-speaking Switzerland — most often law firms, consultancies, fiduciary and Treuhand practices, tax and accounting offices, dental and medical practices, physiotherapy clinics, and IT or software companies.
Data is hosted in Switzerland and every engagement runs on Swiss data residency by default. Nexilon works to the revised Swiss Data Protection Act and to the EU GDPR where it applies. You remain the owner of your data and can export or delete it at any time.
Project work starts with a fixed price and a calendar date agreed in writing. Digital Presence tools use published monthly tiers and are cancellable monthly. There is no annual contract and no hourly-rate surprise.
