An example: Präsenz costs CHF 951.28 in total on day one, including VAT and hosting set-up. After that CHF 12–16 a month for hosting.

The conditions in detail

We put your Präsenz website live within 7 working days. If we miss that, you pay nothing. For Praxis (3 weeks) and Signatur (6 weeks), we credit you 20% of the fixed fee for every started week of delay, up to 50%.

The clock starts when your details and pictures are complete. For Praxis and Signatur, the deadline begins on the working day after the photo shoot. It pauses while we wait for feedback or sign-off from you, and while third parties are acting: the registrar for domain and DNS, or Google for verification of your Business Profile. These pauses are recorded in the handover log. Your website counts as live as soon as it is reachable under your domain.

You do not have to claim anything. We check the deadline ourselves and deduct the credit from the final invoice.

The conditions in detail

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of going live, we refund the full fixed fee. An e-mail or phone call is enough; we transfer within five working days.

A refund means we take the website offline, and rights to the texts, design and licensed images return to us. Your domain, Google profile, own texts and photographs stay with you.

Third-party costs such as domain, hosting and image licences are not refunded.

Maintenance and support in the first year: included

For twelve months from go-live we keep your website in good technical order: monitoring, backups and updates where they are needed. For questions you reach us by e-mail and phone.

From the second year: voluntary

You continue the care plan, cancellable monthly. We name the amount in writing beforehand. Or you take over yourself: the website belongs to you and runs without us.

Swiss hosting: separate

We set up hosting with a Swiss provider for CHF 190 once. The tariff of CHF 12–16 a month is billed directly to you.
