Digital and sales assessment

Where your business actually stands. In writing, in seven working days.

You can tell something is not running smoothly. What you cannot tell is which of the twelve possible causes it actually is — and which one to fix first.

Nexilon Services GmbH in Frick AG delivers a digital and sales assessment with five written findings: website performance, findability, competitive position, sales capability and real sales capacity. Each finding includes its evidence, followed by a running order. Delivery takes seven working days from receipt of the agreed access and information, or the assessment is free.

Five findings and a running order, delivered on a date we name at signature.

What you get

One document. Five findings, each with the evidence attached, and one running order at the end.

Your website, measured

Loading time on a real phone, what a first-time visitor can and cannot find in thirty seconds, and every claim on the site that a buyer could check and would fail.

Your findability

What Google returns for the eight search terms your buyers actually use, and what ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity say about you when asked cold. Screenshots included, dated.

Your competitive position

Three named competitors, what each publishes that you do not, and the two questions a buyer comparing you would find answered on their site and not on yours.

Your sales capability

What happens to an enquiry from the moment it arrives: who answers, how fast, with what, and where it stops.

Your sales capacity

The hours you actually have for selling, counted from your calendar rather than your intentions. This is the finding clients argue with most and change most.

A running order

What to do first, second and third, with the reason for the sequence — and a realistic date by which each becomes visible.

What is not included

The assessment is allowed to conclude that you should commission nothing further. It is written so that it can.

  • Implementation of any kind.
  • Content, copy or advertising.
  • Legal, tax or data-protection advice.
  • A company valuation.
  • Any promise about ranking, traffic or revenue.

What we need from you

Three things, and no more.

  • Read access to your website analytics and your Google Business Profile.
  • Your revenue by service or by customer, at whatever granularity already exists. A spreadsheet is fine. An estimate is fine.
  • 90 minutes of your time, once.

That is the whole list. If any of it does not exist, say so — we work with the gap and we name it in the finding rather than waiting for it.

How long it takes

A date, not an estimate.

Seven working days, counted from the later of two moments: the signed engagement letter, or the day we have everything listed above.

We name the calendar date at signature and it goes in the engagement letter. Miss it and the assessment is free.

What it costs

One number, before anything starts.

A fixed price, in writing, before any work begins. Not a range in the proposal, not an hourly rate, and not a number that moves once we are inside the work.

We do not publish a price on this page, and we would rather tell you why than pretend it is a policy. Our price card is being set from the first engagements we deliver, not from what we would like to charge.

Publishing a number now would mean inventing one. When you ask, you get the real figure for your scope — inside one working day, in writing, and it does not change afterwards.

If the number is wrong for you, say so on the call. We will tell you which smaller piece of the work is worth doing on its own, or that nothing is.

Two guarantees, in the engagement letter

We carry the delivery risk. You keep the exit.

Consulting has two failure modes that clients cannot control: it arrives late, and it turns out not to have been worth it. We put a price on both — ours.

Guarantee 1

The date guarantee

On the day we named, or you pay nothing.

At the engagement letter we write one calendar date. If the work lands after it for any reason inside our control, the engagement is free — you still receive everything, complete.

On the two subscription services, a missed weekly briefing credits that month in full.

The clock starts on the later of two moments: the signed engagement letter, or the day we receive the access and figures listed under “What we need from you”.

It pauses to the day whenever we are waiting on you, and every pause is logged in the file you receive.

You never have to claim it. We check the date ourselves and apply the credit on the invoice.

Guarantee 2

30 days money back

Not worth it? Full refund, no reasons asked.

For 30 days after delivery you can ask for your money back. No form, no justification and no meeting to talk you out of it. One email or one phone call, and we transfer within five working days.

What a refund means, stated plainly: the licence to use the deliverable ends, you delete your copies, and we delete ours.

On a monthly service the refund covers the month just invoiced, and the service stops at the end of it. That is the whole boundary.

Money we paid to third parties on your behalf is not refunded — a register extract, a data source or a translator. These appear as separate lines on the invoice.

Both guarantees are written into the engagement letter you receive before you sign. They apply to all four services, with no exceptions beyond the two named above.

How it works

Three steps. You can stop after any of them.

1

A 30-minute call

What is not working, in your words. We say whether the assessment is the right instrument and what it will and will not settle.

2

One 90-minute session

We collect the access and the figures, and we ask the questions that the numbers cannot answer.

3

The finding, on the named date

Read it. Then a 45-minute call to go through it and decide what, if anything, happens next.

Before you commit anything

Judge the work before you buy it.

Questions and answers

Answered here, so you do not have to ask.

What does it cost?

A fixed price, named in writing before any work starts, and it does not move afterwards.

We do not publish a figure here because our price card is being set from the engagements we are delivering now rather than from a number we would like to charge. Ask on the call and you have the real figure for your scope within one working day.

What exactly happens if you deliver late?

The assessment is free. You still receive the complete finding, with every screenshot and every source.

The clock pauses on any day we are waiting for access or figures from you, and each pause is logged in the file you receive, so the date is never in dispute.

How can you refund an analysis I have already read?

By accepting that we cannot un-write it. For 30 days after delivery you can ask for the money back with no reasons given. In return, the licence to use the document ends: you delete your copies and we delete ours.

We would rather carry that risk than argue with a client who feels the work was not worth it. If it happens often, the service is wrong and we need to know.

Who is this for?

Two kinds of company. Firms already trading in Switzerland that suspect their commercial machinery is leaking somewhere but cannot say where.

And firms from Germany, the United States or Canada looking at Switzerland as a market, who need to know what a Swiss buyer will find when they look.

It is not for companies who already know what to fix. If you do, skip this and book the work itself.

We have no Swiss presence yet. Is there anything to assess?

Yes, and it is usually the more useful version. We run it against the Swiss buyer rather than against your existing traffic: what a Swiss enterprise buyer finds when they search your category, whether your references read as relevant here, whether your material survives a procurement check, and what a Swiss buyer would ask that your current material does not answer.

That version takes the same seven working days and produces the same five findings, read through an entry lens.

Who does the work?

One senior person, start to finish, and the same person on every call. Nothing is passed to a junior analyst and nothing is offshored.

That is also the honest constraint on volume: we take a small number of these at a time, which is why the date can be a guarantee rather than a hope.

Do you use AI to write it?

We use it where it is better than a person — searching, comparing and checking a hundred pages for one claim.

We do not use it to form the judgement, and no sentence reaches you that a person has not read and stands behind.

Every factual statement in the finding carries its source and the date it was checked, so you can verify any of it without us.

What happens after I have read it?

One 45-minute call, then your decision. There is no automatic next engagement and no follow-up sequence.

If the running order points at work we do, we say so and quote it. If it points at work we do not do, we say that too and, where we can, name who does.

What do you do with our data?

We work under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Your figures are used for your engagement and nothing else, never shared, and deleted on request or 12 months after delivery, whichever comes first.

Access you grant us is read-only and you revoke it the day the work is done. We ask for nothing we do not use in the finding.
