Consulting

Four services that find you customers, not clicks.

Every agency in this market earns from what happens after the list. We do not — and that is the position, not modesty. What follows are four separate engagements. Each stands alone, each has a date in the engagement letter, and each states in writing what it does not include.

Four engagements. One rule: everything we will not do is written down before you decide.

The four services

Each one stands alone. None of them requires the next.

1 · Assessment

Where your business actually stands. In writing, in seven working days.

You get: five findings — website, findability, competitors, sales capability and the hours you really have for selling — plus the order to fix them in.

Not included: implementation, content, advertising, legal advice. It is allowed to conclude you should commission nothing further.

2 · Target list

The next forty firms that fit you. By name.

You get: legal form, size, canton, a named contact with their function, a dated reason to call, and the source of every fact — plus the Article 19 notice text you owe the people you contact.

Not included: any outreach at all. You are the sender.

3 · Tender radar

The tender you would otherwise have seen on Friday, after the deadline.

You get: daily alerts on time-critical notices, one weekly briefing, at least four named sources, and a line on whether each item is realistically reachable for a firm your size.

Not included: we do not write bids and we submit nothing in your name. Submission remains your act.

4 · Lead track

One to three conversations a month. With people who are allowed to decide.

You get: the outreach sequence, a written qualification standard agreed before the first conversation, meetings in your calendar, and a monthly review with the same measures every month.

Not included: outreach in your name, and any promise of a number of meetings.

What all four share

What all four share

1. A date, not an estimate

One calendar date in the engagement letter. Miss it and there is a credit — or, on the shorter engagements, no invoice at all.

2. The exclusions in writing

Every page says what the service does not do, in a list, before you decide. It is the half most suppliers leave out.

3. A free way to judge the work

Ten sample records, two weeks of the radar, a written standard you keep. Judge the work before you buy it.

Two guarantees, in the engagement letter

We carry the delivery risk. You keep the exit.

Consulting has two failure modes that clients cannot control: it arrives late, and it turns out not to have been worth it. We put a price on both — ours.

Guarantee 1

The date guarantee

On the day we named, or you pay nothing.

At the engagement letter we write one calendar date. If the work lands after it for any reason inside our control, the engagement is free — you still receive everything, complete. On the two subscription services, a missed weekly briefing credits that month in full.

The clock starts on the later of two moments: the signed engagement letter, or the day we receive the access and figures listed under “What we need from you”. It pauses to the day whenever we are waiting on you, and every pause is logged in the file you receive.

You never have to claim it. We check the date ourselves and apply the credit on the invoice.

Guarantee 2

30 days money back

Not worth it? Full refund, no reasons asked.

For 30 days after delivery you can ask for your money back. No form, no justification, no meeting to talk you out of it. One e-mail or one phone call, and we transfer within five working days.

What a refund means, stated plainly: the licence to use the deliverable ends, you delete your copies, and we delete ours. On a monthly service the refund covers the month just invoiced, and the service stops at the end of it. That is the whole boundary.

Money we paid to third parties on your behalf is not refunded — a register extract, a data source, a translator. These appear as separate lines on the invoice, so you can always see the amount involved.

Both guarantees are written into the engagement letter you receive before you sign. They apply to all four services, with no exceptions beyond the two named above.

Questions and answers

Answered here, so you do not have to ask.

What does it cost?

A fixed price, named in writing before any work starts, and it does not move afterwards. The Tender radar and Lead track have fixed monthly amounts and are cancellable monthly. The actual figures are being set from live engagements rather than from numbers we would like to charge.

What happens if you are late?

On the shorter engagements, the work is free and you still receive it complete. On the two subscription services, a missed weekly briefing credits that month in full. The clock pauses whenever we are waiting on you, and every pause is logged.

Do you do the outreach?

No. You are the sender or someone you employ is. That keeps the compliance posture clean and keeps your name on the relationship. The drafting is assisted; the sending is manual, one at a time, from your mailbox.

Who does the work?

One senior person, start to finish, and the same person on every call. Nothing is passed to a junior analyst and nothing is offshored.

Does this work for a firm entering Switzerland?

Yes. We run the work against the Swiss buyer rather than against your existing traffic: what a Swiss enterprise buyer finds when they search your category, whether your references read as relevant here, whether your material survives a procurement check, and what a Swiss buyer would ask that your current material does not answer.

What happens after?

One 45-minute call, then your decision. There is no automatic next engagement and no follow-up sequence. If the running order points at work we do, we say so and quote it. If it points at work we do not do, we say that too.

First a conversation. Then a number. Then your decision.

30 minutes, by phone or on site. You get a recommendation, a fixed price and a delivery date — in writing, with no obligation.

We take on a small number of engagements at a time. That is what makes the date a guarantee rather than a hope — and if the month is full, we say so at the first call.

And if it is not right for you: one sentence on the call is enough, and you will not hear from us again.
